Returns & Refunds Policy

At Malka Hike, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is defective or incomplete

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Be reported for return within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Change of mind after delivery

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence of the issue (if applicable)
    Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
In case of an approved return, we will provide the return shipping address. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part ( wrong or damaged item).

Refunds
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • For approved returns, a replacement item may be sent (based on availability)
  • In cases where a refund is necessary, we will coordinate with you via email to issue the refund through a mutually agreed method .

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number.
